TRUCKD UP was founded by James, the operator behind Baolicious, one of Perth’s recognised food truck names. Since 2018, James has worked directly in street trading, festivals, markets, and private catering. The business grew through real service, not theory.
After years on the road, one problem became clear — most new food truck owners are forced to learn through expensive mistakes, poor equipment decisions, and unreliable suppliers. TRUCKD UP was created to change that.
